Since 1995 Eastgate has regularly achieved excellence in the commercial fit out sector. Most recently Eastgate was awarded the prestigious Cat A, 30,000 sq. ft. reconstruction of the ex-IBM head office by property owners London and Marlborough, in conjunction with their professional team ROK Consulting of Farnham, Surrey.

A diverse project involving new structures as well as the complete restoration of existing internal amenities. Outside, a new decking and carpark completed a truly successful project.
